At Rechic Finds, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient shipping experience for all our customers. Please review our shipping policy below:

1. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Delays: If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery Estimates:
    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
    • Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days
    Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

3. Shipping Destinations

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship to all addresses within the [insert country name], including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
  • International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our reach and will update our policy when international shipping becomes available.

4. Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
  • Tracking Website: You can track your order on our website or through the carrier's tracking service.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • Restricted Items: Certain items may have restrictions due to size, weight, or content and may require additional shipping charges. These restrictions will be noted on the product page and at checkout.
  • Separate Shipments: If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately based on availability and location. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

6. Shipping Issues

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: Rechic Finds is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package has been lost or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist in any way we can to resolve the issue.
  • Address Errors: Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at the time of order. Rechic Finds is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Any additional shipping charges incurred due to address errors will be the responsibility of the customer.
